We are qualified to provide personal nutrition plans to all that can assist with deficiency, weight loss to needing more energy. Gregers has a background in Sports nutrition which he has been personally practicing since we started martial arts in 1990. He has since completed a BA in Sports fitness and coaching which provided him with the nutritional knowledge he needed and was also reinforced with his Masters in Performance Psychology.

We also have a lot of knowledge in womens wellness, providing menopause support and supplements.

Research has found that a lot of illnesses are caused by poor diet and nutrition or just the body not being able to absorb the nutrients ingested.

My Story
Gregers started his work into nutrition when he started his journey in Martial Arts in 1990. The need to improve his fitness while working a full-time job and looking after a young family left little time to exercise. So, he needed to look into how he could eat healthy and boost his fitness with the little exercise he had time for. He worked in the airport as an aircraft engineer on 12 hour shifts and when returning home he wanted to spend time with the family. So, he started to research quick easy to make meals that could also be frozen to maintain his health through his meals. This led onto his love of exercise and nutrition when he gained more time. Now qualified in both Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Sports Massage and other relevant topic, it was time to bring his knowledge to you all and start our business. There was born Health Matters.

Amanda has been having health issues since she was only 9 years old and was unaware how she could manage her health issues until she met Gregers in 2008. Amanda Started training in Gregers' Martial Arts class and through working together learnt to manage a number of her conditions from Arthritis to Fibromyalgia.
In June 2020 Amanda got diagnosed with a rare form of Blood Cancer which had no cure. As her mobility had diminished by this stage and being in the beginning of the covid pandemic she had gained quite a lot of weight.
We needed to look at ways in which she could lose weight without being able to exercise and only use meditation along with the scented candles to focus her mind on positivity.
